well rachy i dont know what to tell you...do what i do put on a brave face and just trudge through it all ...

life can seem all bad when really things are looking up for you...i think we tend to take our positions for granted i mean look where we were a year ago say...i guess things have changed alot...id say for the better..maybe things have happened a little too quickly for us to cope with...and weve had to adapt to everything..i for one have seen a huge change in myself

a) i used to b quiet and neva stick up for myself
b)i used to b ashamed of myself
c)i used to try and please everyone else and not myself
d)i used to be more stable in my mind perhaps bcos i was less intelligent
e) i used to have more compassion

i can no longer apply any of the above to thee
some changes are good, some are bad..we have to deal with whateva life throws at us whether we like it or not really.
im sure its neva as bad as we seem to like to think it is...
i think the minstrel is right we should look at the posotives...i plan to do so from now on.
i mean i dont have it too bad..but sumtimes we fail to notice how good we really do have it,

in conclusion...things may seem bad but they really rnt ... we may have sum problems..sum may even b major but we deal with them and move on...no point in dwelling and one problem doesnt make life shit...we have had/will have many good times.
